I asked when I could expect a call and he said “When I am able. When I asked if he had my number, he said it was “probably” on my account and that he was busy. I informed the man on the phone that they were to be shipped and he said he would call me back. I called on Mar 6, a full 8 weeks later, and was told they were at the store even though I had not received a call. The very nice young lady helped me pick new frames and assured me the new glasses would be shipped to my home, as requested. When I went to pick them up on Jan 16, the wrong glasses had been ordered. I placed an optical order at a different store over New Years to be delivered here (a 90 minute drive from my home). ![]()
